Submit Your Property

Fill out our short contact form with your property details — location, traffic type, and available space. We review every submission and respond within a few business days.

We Evaluate the Site

Our team assesses daily traffic volume, access, visibility, utility availability, and local competition. We'll be direct with you on whether the location is a fit — no runaround.

We Agree on Terms

We negotiate a fair monthly lease for approximately 150 square feet. You get consistent, passive income with no operational responsibilities whatsoever.

We Handle Everything Else

Site prep, permits, machine delivery, installation, and all ongoing maintenance are fully managed by our team. Your only job is cashing the check.
